I am a professional integral coach, with a passion for collaborating with people who have the courage and compassion to take responsibility for building the life they choose, and a willingness to consider various possibilities to find balance and meaning.
I believe that self-knowledge is a foundational life skill. In my coaching sessions we develop self-knowledge through exploring current habits and behavioural patterns, and noticing emotional responses and triggers to everyday life events and relationships. Growth comes from understanding how we respond to the world, and the narrative we tell ourselves, and then in deciding which habits and patterns to keep and develop, and those that we need to interrupt and shift. This process of building the muscle of self-correction develops resilience and strengthens mental health, while working towards personal coaching goals and outcomes.
Coaching is therefore a powerful way to foster self-awareness and enhance one's capacity to face obstacles with strength and confidence. It is both about prioritising the self, as well as taking responsibility for who we are in the world.
Having completed a Business Science degree at UCT, I worked in corporate marketing in the cosmetics industry in London and in strategic management consulting in Johannesburg. I then transitioned to people development, completing my Psychology Honours at UCT. While raising my family, I worked in a non-profit social enterprise in business mentoring, equipping unemployed mothers with the skills and resources to build their own businesses, and later mentoring principals to run sustainable, quality, community-based educare centres.
Through this broad range of experience, I have fostered a deep compassion and an ability to build rapport, connection and trust in my coaching partnerships.

motivations, fears, and behaviours. These styles offer insights into how individuals think, feel, and act,
helping them understand their deeper drives and reactions to life's challenges. While rooted in ancient
traditions, its universal appeal lies in its ability to reflect the common human experience, regardless of
cultural background.
